"We had the opportunity to represent not only Panama, but the offer of Latin American companies, before thousands of attendees from the United States, Canada, and Latin America," said Moises Vega, CEO of InterFuerza. Themes such as financial technology, software development and Artificial Intelligence flooded the presentations at Collision 2019 in Toronto, a city that promises to be the focus of great developments and investments in the technological and digital field.

"Presentations from cutting-edge entrepreneurs from Microsoft, Y Combinator, and even the Canadian government, give us lessons we can apply to our own business offerings," said Vega. InterFuerza, Management and Accounting software for SMBs, was one of those selected for the showcase. ALPHA Startupswhere nine other Latin American companies showcased their business models to the event's attendees.
"Ultimately the conference inspired us to bring better tools to our current clients in Panama and the region," shares Jose Vega, Chief Technology Officer of InterFuerza. "But we also had talks with other startups capable of integrating with our platform to provide solutions in the SMB market that are aligned with global trends.
Among the new alliances were talks with a software from Peru that would integrate the Health field with a system to control their income and expenses; and with a Startup that provides online payment automations for SMEs and self-employed professionals. This added to the development of functions to enhance e-commerce in Panama.

This international exposure makes it clear to the CEO of InterFuerza his role in the development of SMEs in Panama. "There are factors within the small business that we cannot change: professionals with little time to devote to the registration of invoices, expense control or accounting responsibilities.
"The question we'll be working to solve is how we, as systems providers, can adapt to create affordable technology solutions that lessen their workload and allow them to focus on their day-to-day business."
