One of the most complicated situations in the generation of different records throughout our fiscal year, is that the tax entities are every day adding new reports that give more information about who we buy from and who we sell to. These policies are useful for the war on terrorism and other tax evasion malpractices.
In InterFuerza we have made a structural improvement to allow them to better carry these new regulations and allow you to generate reports necessary to meet current and future requirements.
Important to note and is that third parties are all customers, suppliers and creditors that our company makes any type of transaction. This should be included in each accounting record of the general ledger to provide accurate and analytical information on all movements of third parties in the accounting of our customers.
Since February 1, 2016 you have in the administration of customers, suppliers and creditors a dynamic form according to the type of the third party.

As we can see, there are special forms for legal and personal third parties, this should generate a consideration when they enter your company from this change:

This will allow our clients to keep them in that class and if they need to change them they can make the changes by editing each of the clients that are personal.

These changes would not be complete if we did not launch the necessary reports to be able to use these new third party management changes. We have designed three (3) new reports which are located in My Financials / Accounting Reports:
