Since October 2015 we have implemented the functionality to attach files to all modules in the platform. In all options of My CRM, My Company, My Finances we have integrated a unified repository of attachments, this allows you to attach files related to the modules to be able to archive them in a better way.
One of the advantages of using the file repository of InterFuerza is that it allows you to organize it according to the company's process and its documents as such, and you avoid creating additional folders that are not in sync with your daily operation.
Capacity and support
Within your current plan you have 2GB of data to attach any type of file. Our Cloud gives backup to your attachments, we perform constant backup to all attachments, we do this in order to remove a concern to your company for this.
Many of our customers tell us that this functionality has helped them in their daily operations and has helped them in case of loss or theft of their computers.
